Switch to Bookedin from Schedulicity

Making the move from Schedulicity? Here's what to export so our team can get everything set up in Bookedin.

What you'll need

  • An active Bookedin account. Don't have one yet? Start your free trial.
  • Access to your Schedulicity account (owner or admin level).
  • Your export files saved in Excel format.

Follow these steps

Step 1: Export your client list from Schedulicity

  1. Log in to your Schedulicity account and go to the My Business page.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Find the option to export your client list.
  4. Export the client list as an Excel document.

Step 2: Export your booking history from Schedulicity

  1. Go to the My Business page and click Reports.
  2. In the settings panel, select Schedule by Provider/Instructor.
  3. Use the exporter to choose the staff member and set the date range.
  4. Export the file.

Note: Schedulicity exports booking data one staff member at a time. If you have multiple staff members, repeat this step for each one and send all files in your email to Bookedin.

Step 3: Export your services from Schedulicity

Schedulicity doesn't have a self-serve export for services. Include your Schedulicity booking page URL in the email you send to Bookedin (see Step 5) and our team will pull your service information from there.

Step 4: Export your staff members from Schedulicity

Schedulicity doesn't have a bulk export for staff members. Instead, include the following information for each team member directly in the email you send to Bookedin (see Step 5):

  • Full name
  • Email address

Step 5: Send your files to Bookedin

Email your exported files to support@bookedin.com from the email address associated with your Bookedin account. Include your Schedulicity booking page URL and any staff member details in the body of the email.

Our team will take it from there and follow up within approximately 1–2 business days if they have any questions.

Tip: While you wait, set your calendars to private so no new online bookings come in during the transition. Also disable reminders and follow-up emails to avoid clients receiving duplicates. See Import your data from another provider for step-by-step instructions.

You're all set. Once you hear back from our team confirming the import is complete, you can go live and start taking bookings.
