Import your Booksy client list

Are you switching away from Booksy? We're here to help! Here are the steps to download your Booksy client list, then easily start using it in Bookedin. Feel free to contact our support any time if you need assistance. Free of charge. 

Step 1: Download Booksy client list

1. Log in to your Booksy account

2. Click the "?" icon (left menu) then click "Support". This will initiate a live chat with Booksy support.
   

3. In the chat, ask them for a copy of your client list (excel file or CSV, either works)

4. The Booksy support agent should respond & send you a file in the chat

5. Click on it to download the file.
   

Step 2: Import client list into Bookedin 

1. Log in to Bookedin here: https://scheduler.bookedin.com
2. Go to “Clients” then click the “Import” button.
   
3. Upload the file that you received from Booksy.
4. That’s it! Our system will import the list for you. Note, it will take approximately 1 business day for the import to complete. This import service is free of charge.
