Why can't I link my PayPal account?

If you're having problems while trying to link your PayPal account to BookedIN, there are two common issues:

1. Your BookedIN Account is Unverified

All BookedIN accounts must be verified prior to linking with a PayPal account in order to protect your information. If you're unsure whether your BookedIN account is verified or to verify it, click here.

2. Credit Card Issues

If your BookedIN account is verified and you're still having trouble linking PayPal, it may be an issue with the credit card on file within your PayPal. To fix this, please sign in to and ensure your address, and all credit cards on file are up to date and accurate. If after updating your PayPal account, you are still not able to connect to BookedIN, please contact PayPal.
