Why can't I link my PayPal account?

If you're having problems while trying to link your PayPal account to Bookedin, there are three common issues:

1. Your Bookedin Account is Unverified

As a security feature, all Bookedin accounts must be verified before you can connect with a PayPal account. Click here to learn how to get verified. 

2. Your PayPal account is not a "business" account

To use Bookedin, your PayPal can't be a "personal" one, it must get switched to PayPal "business". Not to worry this is a free and easy thing to do! Simply follow these instructions: How to switch to a "business" PayPal account.

3. Credit Card Issues

If your Bookedin account is verified and you're still having trouble, it may be an issue with the credit card connected to your PayPal. To fix this, sign in to paypal.com and ensure your mailing address and all credit cards on file are up to date and accurate. If after updating your PayPal account, you're still not able to connect to Bookedin, please contact PayPal.
