Edit text reminder settings

  1. Sign in to the Bookedin website (not the mobile app) 
  2. In the top menu, go to Settings > Email/Text reminders
  3. From here, you can turn on or off the Send text confirmation when the appointment or class/workshop is booked, rescheduled, or canceled checkbox under Client Booking Confirmations
  4. Under Client Text Reminders, adjust the Send text reminder x days before the appointment or class/workshop setting using the drop-down. The default is 2 days prior, but you can set it anywhere from 2 to 14 days before the appointment, class or workshop.
  5. The Send text reminder few hours before the appointment or class/workshop text reminder timing can't be adjusted. Our system sends it out automatically based on a set number of hours prior to the appointment start time. Learn how that works here.  
  6. Finally, the Online Cancelation Policy check box lets you turn on or off the client's ability to cancel when they receive reminders. You can also adjust the hours for your cancelation policy window.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes
