Import your Genbook client list

Are you switching to Bookedin from Genbook? We're here to help! Here are the steps to download your Genbook client list, then easily start using it in Bookedin. Feel free to contact our support any time if you need assistance.  

Step 1: Download Genbook client list

1. Log in to your Genbook account

2. Navigate to the “Customers” section then click “Export to CSV”. The file will immediately save to your computer.
   

Step 2: Import client list into Bookedin 

1. Log in to Bookedin here: https://scheduler.bookedin.com
2. Go to “Clients” then click the “Import” button.
   
3. Upload the file that you received from Genbook
4. That’s it! Our system will import the list for you. Note, it will take approximately 1 business day for the import to complete. This import service is free of charge.
