Set up a recurring class or workshop
You can set up recurring classes and workshops that repeat in your calendar daily, weekly, or monthly. This is great for fitness classes, training workshops, and more.
How to set up a recurring class or workshop:
- Log in to your Bookedin business account (web, iPhone, Android)
- In the menu, go to Settings > Classes/Workshops
- Click on any existing class/workshop, or create a new one
- On the class/workshop screen, go to the Sessions section

Desktop view: - Click or tap add session
- Now select the date and time when your recurring class will start.
- Next, select Make recurring then choose the recurring pattern. Choose Repeats daily, weekly, or monthly.
Note: Recurring classes and workshops are available on the Plus and Pro plans. - Optional: you can set an end date by selecting Repeat Ends. This is great if you're offering a seasonal class like outdoor fitness bootcamps, or a limited time course like driving school or exam prep courses offered online.
- Optional: Add the class/workshop instructor's name.
- Required: Set the Max Attendees. This is the total number of people allowed to book the class or workshop.
- Click or tap the Done button to save your changes.
That's it! Now your class will appear in your calendar and your clients can book online.

Tip: If you offer a particular class more than once a week or month, you'll need to repeat these steps to set up each instance of the class. Ex: you might offer Hot Yoga at 9:00 AM every Monday and Thursday, and 7:00 PM every Tuesday and Friday. In this case you'd need to set up four total weekly recurring classes for hot yoga in your calendar.
Note: When booking online, your clients need to book classes and workshops one at a time. For example if they want to sign up for weekly spin class for 12 weeks in a row, they'll just need to do 12 separate bookings.
