Switching plans in the mobile app

It's easy to switch to a different in-app purchased subscription within the Bookedin mobile app. You can upgrade to monthly or annual (get two months free!). Or downgrade to stop your subscription. Note: when switching plans, the upgrade or downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Switch to a new subscription:

  • Launch the Bookedin mobile app
  • Go to Settings > Billing 
  • Choose the new subscription you'd like to have (annual or monthly)
  • The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Canceling your Subscription:

There are 3 different ways you can cancel your subscription. Via the Bookedin app, Android or the Apple App store. After you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will remain active on our free plan.

1) Via the Bookedin App:

  • Open the Bookedin mobile app on your phone
  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Select the "Manage Subscriptions" link at the bottom of your screen.
  • Select "Bookedin"
  • Choose "Cancel Subscription"

2) via iOS/Apple

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  • Tap your name > tap "Subscriptions"
  • Tap Bookedin
  • Choose "cancel subscription"

*If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.

3) via Google Play Store

  • On your Android phone open the Google Play Store
  • Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  • Select your Bookedin subscription
  • Tap Cancel subscription
  • Follow the instructions
