Text, email or call your clients

Bookedin makes it easy to reach out to any of your clients directly via text message, email or phone.

Whether you've got a few questions before they come in for their appointment, or need to follow up to make sure everything went as planned...we've got you covered.

There are two different ways you can connect with your clients once you've logged into the app, so let's get started. If you need to still get signed up, you can do that right here.

Client List

Mobile App Instructions

1. Launch the Bookedin Android or iPhone mobile app
   
2. Tap the Clients menu 
   
3. Select any client name
4. Now you can tap the Message icon to send them a text message. Or, tap the Email icon to send an email. This will open up your phone's messaging/phone app. 
   
5. Now you can send your message!

Online Calendar

Mobile App Instructions

1. Launch the Bookedin Android or iPhone mobile app
2. Tap on any appointment on your calendar
   
3. Beside the phone number tap the Message icon to send a text, or tap the Email icon to send an email.
   
   
4. This will open up your phone's messaging app
5. Now you can send your message!
