Contacting Your Clients

Bookedin lets you reach out to your clients via text message, email or phone from right within the mobile app!

Whether you want to reach out with a few questions before they come in for their appointment, or follow up to make sure everything went as planned...we've got you covered.

There are two different ways you can connect with your clients once you've logged into the app, so let's get started. If you need to still get signed up, you can do that right here.

Client List

Mobile App Instructions

1. Launch the Android or iPhone mobile app
   
2. Tap the Clients menu
   
3. Select the clients name
   
   
4. Beside the phone number tap the Message icon to send a text message. Or, tap the Email icon to send an email.
   
   
5. This will open up your message app (Android/iPhone)
6. You can now send your a text message or email !

Online Calendar

Mobile App Instructions

1. Launch the Android or iPhone mobile app
2. Tap on your clients appointment within your calendar
   
3. Beside the phone number tap the Message icon to send a text, or tap the Email icon to send an email.
   
   
4. This will open up your message app (Android/iPhone)
5. Now you can send your message!
