Why are the prices different in App Store/Google Play?

If you're purchasing a plan directly from your mobile app (via App Store or Google Play in-app purchase), you may notice the prices are a little higher than on our website.

We need to charge extra to compensate for additional fees Apple and Google charge Bookedin to sell our app in their store.

Purchasing your plan via App Store/Google Play in-app purchase is quick and convenient for mobile users.

However, if you prefer not to pay the extra fee, you're welcome to purchase your plan directly from our website.

Simply log in to your account using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or any other web browser. Then, head over to the Account > Billing section (top right).

No matter where you purchase your plan, your account will be active on all devices.
