Why aren't my appointment times showing up on the booking page?
If your appointment times aren’t showing up on your booking page, it's likely due to one of your settings. Here are common scenarios and their corresponding resolutions.
Set to Private
Either your calendar or service is set to Private viewing only, meaning it will not show up on your public online booking page. To fix this, go to Settings > Calendars > Tap the calendar name to Edit, then ensure that the Public calendar is enabled.
Next, go to Settings > Services > tap the calendar name to Edit, then ensure that "Visible to the public" is enabled.
Service Duration
The service duration exceeds your available hours. For example if your service duration is 5 hours, but you are only available for 4 hours that day, no availability will show up. To fix this, simply shorten your service duration in Settings > Services > Edit > Duration to shorten the service duration below the daily hours availability.
Lead Time
Your calendar may have a short lead time; this is the minimum notice required before booking online. It helps prevent last-minute bookings and is handy if you need time to prepare for appointments with the details on the link: Prevent Last Minute Bookings
Booking Limit
Your calendar may have a short booking limit, which specifies how far into the future your clients can book online. To fix this, go to Settings > Calendars > then increase your Booking Limit. A common setting is 365 days. For more details, please visit Preventing Future Bookings
Blocked Availability
Check your private calendar to ensure the availability is not closed or blocked by the calendar sync.
