Block a client from booking online

Whether they're notorious for no-showing, or something else, occasionally blocking a client is the best decision for you and your business.

This is a premium feature included on the "Pro" Bookedin plan. Upgrade now to unlock this feature! 

Here's how to block a client in Bookedin:

  1. Log in to the website or launch the Bookedin Android or iPhone app
  2. Click the Clients menu
  3. Click on any client name (then click Edit if you're on mobile)
  4. Click Block from online booking
  5. Click Done / Save Changes

Note: Only the logged in account owner, and staff with ability to book/change settings can block a client. If your staff only have "view" access, they won't be allowed to block clients.
