How do the timezones work?

Your online booking page, client confirmations and reminders all automatically adjust the time zone! This means if clients are booking virtual appointments from afar or travelling from out of town, the timezone is properly adjusted on their end. 

The timezone feature is "on" by default for all Bookedin users and all plan levels. If you need to turn it off, here are the steps:

• Log in to Bookedin web: https://scheduler.bookedin.com
• Go to Settings > Customize
• Turn off the setting "Allow clients to specify their own timezone when booking an appointment"
