Why can't I view the billing options?

The BookedIN account "owner" is the only person who can view and change your billing options and business information. This is done via the BookedIN website (not mobile app). 

If you're not sure who owns your account, you can find out by following these steps:

Note: The "owner" is the person that initially created the BookedIN account. If you own the business, but had someone else create the account, you'll need to contact that person or get ownership transferred.
