Why can't I view the billing options?
The Bookedin account "Owner" is the only person who can view and change your billing options and business information. If you're not sure who owns your account, you can find out by following these steps:
- Log in to your Bookedin business account (web, iPhone, Android)
- Go to Settings > User Logins
- Find the User on the list that's labeled "Owner"
Note: The "Owner" is the person that initially created the Bookedin account. If you own the business, but had someone else created the account, you'll need to contact that person or get ownership transferred.
