Limit availability to specific dates [video]

Watch and learn how to limit your appointment availability so clients can only book on specific dates. This is perfect for things like photography mini-sessions, or for any session you only offer on special dates.

Web instructions:

1. Log in to your Bookedin web account here: https://scheduler.bookedin.com
2. Click Business Hours > Change weekly business hours 
3. Remove all of the timeslots so that none remain then click Save
4. Click Business Hours > Change hours by day 
5. Now on the calendar, navigate to the date you'd like to open up for appointment booking.
6. Open up availability by clicking "Click to unblock" on the calendar to open up times, ex June 22nd from 11am - 5pm. 
7. Click the Done button at the top to save.
8. Now check your online booking page, only those available dates will be open for booking appointments. You can now share a link to those specific dates. 

Mobile instructions:

1. Launch Bookedin Android or iPhone app
2. Tap Settings > Hours then choose Change weekly recurring hours
3. Remove all of the time slots for every day of the week
4. Now tap Change hours by day
5. Find the dates you want to open up (ex June 22)
6. Tap the Available on this day toggle to the green "ON" position
7. Adjust your availability for online booking, ex 11am-5pm
8. That's it! Your online booking page gets updated immediately.
