How to cancel my account

Are you sure you want to cancel? Instead, you could switch to the free plan, or choose a different subscription.

Here are the steps to immediately delete & deactivate your Bookedin account. This can either be done via the Bookedin web login or the Bookedin mobile app. 

NOTE: Please ensure you export your client list before canceling. All data is permanently deleted 60 days after cancelation.

Method 1: Cancel via mobile app

NOTE: If you purchased a paid subscription through Google Play or the App Store, first you'll need to follow these instructions to cancel your subscription.

1. Launch the Bookedin mobile app for Android or iPhone
2. Go to Settings >Billing
3. At the bottom of the screen click Cancel my account then follow the prompts
   

Method 2: Cancel via web login

1. Log in to Bookedin website (must be account owner)
2. Go to Account > Billing in the top-right menu
3. Click the Cancel my account link at the bottom of the screen
   
4. Please read the following cancelation reminders, then click Continue 
   
5. You can switch to the Bookedin free plan to maintain the account.

6. Complete the Confirm cancelation screen below:

7. Type in your feedback (optional), then select "Cancel my account."
