How to cancel my account

Are you sure you want to cancel? Instead you could switch to the free plan or downgrade your subscription.

Here are the steps to immediately delete & deactivate your Bookedin account. This can either be done via the Bookedin web login or the Bookedin mobile app. Please ensure you export your client list before cancelling. All data is permanently deleted 60 days after cancellation.

Method 1: Cancel via mobile app

NOTE: If you purchased a paid subscription through Google Play or the App Store, first you'll need to follow these instructions to cancel your subscription.

1. Launch the Bookedin mobile app for Android or iPhone
2. Go to Settings >Billing
3. At the bottom of the screen click "Cancel my account" then follow the prompts
   

Method 2: Cancel via web login

1. Log in to Bookedin website (must be account owner)
2. Go to Account > Billing in the top-right menu
3. Click the "Please cancel my account" link at the bottom of the screen
   
4. Type in your feedback (optional) then select "Cancel my account"
