How to cancel

Note: please ensure to export your client list before cancelling.

Here are the steps to immediately delete/deactivate your Bookedin account.

For plans purchased through the website:

Note: Must be performed via Bookedin web login (not mobile app).

  1. Log in to Bookedin website (must be account owner)
  2. Go to Account > Billing in the top-right menu
  3. Click the "Please cancel my account" link at the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Type in your feedback (optional) then select "Yes, please cancel my account"

For Mobile Purchased Plans (purchased through the app):

To cancel your subscription follow the instructions below. Please note, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle:

  1. Open the Bookedin mobile app on your phone
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Select the "Manage Subscriptions" link at the bottom of your screen.
  4. Select "Bookedin"
  5. Choose "Cancel Subscription"

To Cancel via iOS/Apple

To cancel your subscription follow the instructions below. Please note, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name > tap "Subscriptions"
  3. Tap Bookedin
  4. Choose "cancel subscription"

*If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.

To Cancel via the Google Play Store

To cancel your subscription please follow the below instructions. NOTE: your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle

  1. On your Android phone open the Google Play Store 
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  3. Select your Bookedin subscription
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the instructions
