Prevent future bookings

You can limit how far in advance your clients can book appointments, classes and workshops by adjusting the Booking Limit on your calendar. By default, this is set to 360 days, meaning people can book almost a year in advance via your online booking page. 

If you'd rather only accept online bookings say, 30 days or 90 days out, you can limit this in your settings. NOTE: this limitation is only placed on your online booking page. Staff who are logged in will be able to book as far into the future as needed.

• Log in to Bookedin
• In the top menu, go to Settings > Calendars

• Click the Edit icon on the calendar you want to modify.              

• Under Advanced Options, change the Booking Limit. Ex: if you only want to accept public online bookings 3 months out, change the Booking Limit to 90 days. Note: this only affects your public online booking page
      
• Save
• Repeat for any other calendars
