Verify your email address

When you create a new Bookedin account you need to verify your email address within 3 days. 

If you didn't receive the verification email or have deleted it, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Bookedin web or launch the mobile app 
  2. Click the resend link at the top of your screen. If using the mobile app, the resend link is located within Settings > My Account. You will receive an email within a few minutes.

  3. Open the verification email and click the link in the email body.

If you forgot to verify your email within the 3-day window, please contact our support

NOTE: Only business owners and staff can log in to BookedIN. Clients who are booking appointments do not need to log in, or verify their email. Learn more about clients
