Verify your email address

When you create a new BookedIN account you need to verify your email address within 3 days. 

If you didn't receive the verification email or have deleted it, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into BookedIN web using the email address you provided during the sign-up process. 
  2. Click the re-send link at the top of your screen. You will receive an email within a few minutes.
  3. Open the verification email and click the link in the email body.

If you forgot to verify your email within the 3-day window, please contact our support

NOTE: Only business owners and staff can log in to BookedIN. Clients who are booking appointments do not need to log in, or verify their email. Learn more about clients
