Verify your email address

When you create a new Bookedin account you need to verify your email address within 3 days. 

If you didn't receive the verification email or have deleted it, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to Bookedin web or launch the mobile app 
  • Click the resend link at the top of your screen. If using the mobile app, the resend link is located within Settings > My Account. You will receive an email within a few minutes.

  • Open the verification email and click the link in the email body.

If you forgot to verify your email within the 3-day window, please contact our support

NOTE: Only business owners and staff can log in to BookedIN. Clients who are booking appointments do not need to log in, or verify their email. Learn more about clients
