Why can't my staff log in?

Whenever you create a staff login, BookedIN automatically sends the person a verification email. If they fail to verify their email, they will not be able to log in.  

Follow these steps to check if your staff member has verified their email address:

  • Log in to BookedIN web: scheduler.bookedin.com
  • Go to Settings > Staff Logins 
  • Click the edit link beside the staff member's name
  • If they are unverified, you'll see this notice:

  • Ensure their email address is correct
  • Click resend verification

If they still don't receive the verification email or can't log in, please contact us and our support team will get things sorted out for you.
