Why can't my staff log in?

Whenever you create a User Login, Bookedin automatically sends the person an activation email. If they fail to activate within a certain time period, they will not be able to log in.  

Follow these steps to check if your staff member has activated their User Login:

  1. Log in to your Bookedin business account (webiPhoneAndroid)
  2. Go to Settings > User Logins 
  3. Click the edit link beside their name
  4. If they're not yet activated, you'll see this notice:
  5. Double check for typos or inaccuracies in their email address
  6. Click resend activation email

If they still don't receive the activation email or can't log in, please contact us and our support team will get things sorted out for you.
