Why can't I select a service when booking?

If you're making a booking and a specific service isn't showing up, you'll need to update your settings. There are two ways to fix this:

1. Edit the Service

  • Go to Settings > Services in your BookedIN account
  • Click the "edit" link by the service
  • In the edit screen you will see a "Available Calendars" list.
  • Check or un-check the applicable calendars
  • Click Save

2. Edit the Calendar

  • Go to Settings > Calendars
  • Click the "edit" link on the calendar you need to change
  • Check or un-check each service in the "Available Services" list
  • Click Save
  • Repeat if necessary
