Why can't I select a service when booking?
If you're making a booking and a specific service isn't showing up, you'll need to update your settings. There are two ways to fix this:
1. Edit the Service
- Go to Settings > Services in your Bookedin account
- Click the "edit" link by the service
- In the edit screen you will see a "Available Calendars" list.
- Check or un-check the applicable calendars
- Click Save
2. Edit the Calendar
- Go to Settings > Calendars
- Click the "edit" link on the calendar you need to change
- Check or un-check each service in the "Available Services" list
- Click Save
- Repeat if necessary
