Text Reminders in Australia & the UK

Bookedin now offers text message reminders in the UK and Australia! If you’re a paid Bookedin customer, you now automatically have this new feature included in your plan.

At this time, if your business is located in Australia or the UK, text messages have a monthly cap. Once you reach the maximum for the month, you'll receive an email alert, and your clients will no longer receive text messages about their appointments. (They’ll still get the emails).

Monthly Texting Caps in Australia & the UK:

• Solo Plan: 150 messages
• Group Plan: 300 messages
• Team Plan: 500 messages 

If you run out of texts during the month, you’ve got 3 options. 

1. Contact Bookedin support to purchase additional text reminders. Prices below. 
2. Reduce how many text message reminders get sent to your clients by the system. Learn how. 
3. Simply wait until the next calendar month and your free quota will start again on the 1st day of the month. 

Prices for text message add-on:

UK

250 messages: $10 USD per month
500 messages:  $20 USD per month
1000 messages:  $40 USD per month
2000 messages:  $80 USD per month
3000 messages:  $120 USD per month

Australia 

250 messages:  $12 USD  per month
500 messages:  $25 USD per month
1000 messages:  $50 USD per month
2000 messages:  $100 USD per month
3000 messages:  $150 USD per month
