Assign an appointment to a different service provider

Here's how to re-assign an appointment from one staff member to another. Note: the new staff calendar must have open availability and be able to perform that specific service.

  • Click or tap on the appointment in your calendar (web or mobile app)
  • Click Change
  • On the change screen, click the Calendar drop-down to select a new staff. Ex: change it from "Candace" to "Toni"

  • Click Confirm Change
  • That's it! Now your client will receive an alert notifying them of the new staff member change. Bookedin sends an autmatic confirmation to clients every time you edit the staff calendar or appointment date or start-time.
