Assign a client appointment to a different calendar

To re-assign an appointment from one staff member to another, you can use the "change" button.

Note: the new staff calendar must have open availability and be able to perform that specific service.

  • Click or tap on the appointment in your calendar (web or mobile app)
  • Click "Change"
  • On the change screen, click the "Calendar" drop-down to select a new staff. Ex: change it from "Sheila" to "Mike"
  • Click or tap "Confirm Change"
  • That's it! Note: your client will receive an email alert notifying them of the new staff member change. BookedIN sends a confirmation email to clients any time you edit the staff calendar or appointment start-time.
