Performing refunds

You can perform refunds inside of your bookedIN account via the client's profile. Here are the steps: 

  1. Sign in to bookedIN web (note: refunds can't be performed via mobile app)
  2. Click "Clients" (left menu)

  3. Find the client name then click "View details & history"

  4. Click the "Payments" tab. There you'll see a list of all payments made

  5. Click "Refund" on the payment you'd like to refund. The system will then send your client a refund plus an email notification
